## What Legis1 is

A congressional intelligence platform. The distinguishing claim is not coverage
of any one record type but that the records are joined: a donor is one step

`Dataset` structured data for its period, source and capture date, and
`FAQPage` structured data for the method behind it. The method and its caveats
