Cian Murphy Hired as Staff Assistant

Cian E. Murphy has been hired as a staff assistant in the personal office of Sen. Richard Durbin (D-IL), a position that began on May 1, 2026. Murphy brings seasonal congressional experience to the role. The staffer has held staff assistant positions with Durbin's office during three separate summer periods: May through August 2022, May through August 2023, and May through August 2024.
