From Deputy Chief of Staff to Chief of Staff

Frank DeBrosse has been promoted to chief of staff for Rep. Michael R. Turner (R-OH) as of January 1, 2026, after serving as deputy chief of staff for Turner from January 2025 to January 2026.

DeBrosse's congressional service spans more than two decades. He served as a staff assistant for Rep. Jon Porter from September 19, 2005 to October 7, 2005, then transitioned to Rep. Steven C. LaTourette's office, where he held the position of staff assistant from October 2005 to April 2007 before being promoted to legislative assistant from April 2007 to January 2009. He then served as field representative for Rep. John A. Boehner from February 2009 to December 2013, then advanced to district director for Boehner from January 2014 to October 2015. He briefly served as district director for the 8th Congressional District of Ohio from October 2015 to January 2016 before joining Turner's operation.

Starting as district director for Rep. Michael R. Turner in January 2016, DeBrosse remained in the role until January 2025.

In his new role, DeBrosse oversees operations for Turner's office as the congressman serves on two major House committees: the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee and the House Armed Services Committee.

DeBrosse holds a degree in political science and government from Bowling Green State University.
