Georgia Davies Now Leg. Director in Rep. Frank Lucas's Office

From Staff Assistant to Legislative Director

Georgia Davies has moved into the legislative director role in the personal office of Rep. Frank Lucas (R-OK-3) effective Nov. 1, taking on a portfolio that spans 23 issue areas including agriculture and food, finance and the financial sector, foreign trade and international finance, and public lands and natural resources. Lucas sits on the House Agriculture Committee and the House Financial Services Committee. ​

Davies has worked in Lucas's personal office continuously since April 2022, moving through the positions of staff assistant, legislative aide, and legislative assistant before the promotion. Most recently, she served as legislative assistant for approximately 3 years and 5 months before stepping into the legislative director role. Davies holds a B.A. in political science and government from the University of Oklahoma.
