House Majority PAC, the super PAC aligned with House Democratic leadership, cancelled $1.09 million of booked airtime tied to Florida's 25th U.S. House District, an open seat rated Lean Democratic, the largest single cancellation in today's movers record.
For operatives tracking House battlegrounds, a Democratic-side cut of that size in a Lean Democratic seat is consistent with money being shifted within a crowded map rather than withdrawn from the race.
Republican-aligned groups booked $2.99 million today against $2.35 million yesterday, while Democratic-aligned groups were a net negative $471,000 today against a positive $166,000 yesterday, widening the partisan gap from $2.18 million to $3.46 million. Because the Democratic side is negative today, no ratio applies; yesterday's ratio stood at 14.1 to 1.

Both House Majority PAC cancellations were filed in the Orlando-Daytona Beach-Melbourne market, one for $524,000 and the other for $549,000. Florida's forward book still leans Democratic, with Democratic-aligned groups holding $18.02 million reserved for flights still to run against $14.27 million for Republican-aligned groups, consistent with a reallocation rather than a retreat.
Republican-aligned groups put 44 percent of their day's total into Iowa, where the Iowa U.S. Senate Seat (Class II) is rated Toss-up with Ashley Hinson (R) facing Josh Turek (D). Senate Leadership Fund, the super PAC aligned with Senate Republican leadership, accounts for $1.33 million in Iowa. Looking ahead, over the next two weeks Democratic-aligned groups have reserved $7.39 million in air time against $5.86 million for Republican-aligned groups.
Texas led today's largest states at $1.88 million, with Republican-aligned groups at $1.74 million against $139,000 for Democratic-aligned groups. No Going Back PAC placed a new $814,000 ad buy in the San Antonio market. Republican-aligned groups have booked $54.69 million across the trailing 14 days against $19.04 million for Democratic-aligned groups.

The week starting October 19 carries $71.17 million for Republican-aligned groups and $81.81 million for Democratic-aligned groups. The week starting October 26 carries $7.98 million for Republican-aligned groups and $5.74 million for Democratic-aligned groups. The weeks starting November 2 and November 9 carry no booked airtime yet. A Republican response in Florida would look like new filings in Orlando or South Florida markets for the week starting October 19; a Democratic response in Iowa would look like added filings for that same week.
Methodology and caveats
The figures come from FCC political files covering broadcast, cable, radio and satellite stations, and they measure airtime booked rather than money spent, excluding digital and streaming buys, groups that buy no station airtime, and candidates' own buys. Super PACs, hybrid PACs and 501(c)(4) groups are classed by the sponsor party on each filing; national party committees are excluded from the totals and shown only as a comparator. Today's party committee comparator: $6.10 million for Democratic-aligned committees and $3.39 million for Republican-aligned committees. A filing is tied to a race only when the order names a candidate or prints the race; state totals cover every filing while race figures do not. The partisan ratio did not recompute today because the Democratic-aligned net is negative.
