The NCA's total first quarter 2026 lobbying spend across all filings is approximately $580,000. The in-house team remains unchanged from prior quarters: Brian McKeon (SVP, Public Policy), Annie Lange (VP, Government Affairs), and Julianna Cann (Senior Manager, Public Policy and Political Affairs). McKeon served as Chief Counsel for the Democratic members of Senate Foreign Relations Committee from 1997 to 2009. Mckeon was also Chief of Staff for the National Security Council staff at the White House from 2012-2014.
