From Scheduler to Scheduling Director

Nicole Marquez Warnock has been promoted to scheduling director in the personal office of Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA), effective January 1, 2026. The position places her at the helm of managing the senator's calendar and daily schedule operations within his Senate staff. Marquez Warnock's new role represents a significant step up within the Georgia senator's office, where she has built her entire congressional career. The scheduling director position is a key operational role, overseeing the coordination of the senator's time across committee work, constituent meetings, and legislative activities.

Marquez Warnock previously served as scheduler/executive assistant for the senator from January 2022 to January 2026, and before that role, she held the position of deputy scheduling director for Warnock from June 2021 to January 2022. She served as scheduler for the senator from February 2021 to June 2021. Prior to her work with Warnock, Marquez Warnock spent two years as Scheduler for Rep. Donna E. Shalala (D-FL-27), from January 2019 to January 2021. Marquez Warnock holds a Bachelor's degree in political science and communications from Tulane University.

The Office She Runs

Sen. Warnock currently serves on the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry Committee, the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee, the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, and the Senate Finance Committee. He also serves on the Senate Special Committee on Aging and the Joint Economic Committee.
