Olivia Ngo Promoted to Legislative Correspondent in Sen. Rosen's Office

From Staff Assistant to Legislative Correspondent

Olivia Ngo moved into the legislative correspondent role for Sen. Jacky Rosen (D-NV), effective October 1. Ngo previously served as a staff assistant for Rosen since June 2025, and earned a BA in political science and music theater from the University of Nevada, Reno. ​

Rosen sits on the Senate Armed Services Committee, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and the Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee.

On the Foreign Relations Committee, completed hearings included a closed briefing on Venezuela on October 1 and a hearing on Nicaragua's political crisis on September 30, during both of which Rosen pressed administration officials regarding human rights and diplomatic transparency. On Armed Services, the Strategic Forces Subcommittee held a hearing on the Golden Dome missile defense program on September 29, while on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, the committee held an oversight hearing on U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) programs on September 30.
