Charles Cooper, the Managing Partner and Founder at Brumidi Group, served as the lobbyist for PeopleForBikes Coalition Ltd. Cooper brought prior congressional experience from his time working for Republican members including Rep. Adam Putnam of Florida, Rep. Felix Grucci of New York, and Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart of Florida.

Broader Context

At the time of the termination, PeopleForBikes was actively lobbying on three major fronts in Congress.
