Senate Conservatives Action reported $742,706.22 in independent expenditures supporting Republican candidates in the current cycle, with the largest amounts supporting Sen. Ashley Moody (R-FL), Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-TN) and Texas Senate candidate Ken Paxton.

The conservative super PAC is supporting candidates in Senate races across the country as part of the Senate Conservatives Fund's effort to elect candidates aligned with its positions on government spending, immigration, abortion, gun rights and other conservative priorities. The Senate Conservatives Fund describes Senate Conservatives Action as its super PAC, which runs advertising campaigns to support conservative candidates.

What It Spent

Through Aug. 31, the committee reported $1,119,485 in receipts, $1,380,701 in disbursements and $413,707 in cash on hand. Senate Conservatives Action reported $742,706.22 in independent expenditures through Aug. 31. The FEC's regular financial reports and committee summary both report the same independent-expenditure total for that period.

Sen. Ashley Moody (R-FL) received the most support at $87,232, followed by Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-TN) at $68,959 and Texas Senate candidate Ken Paxton at $48,306.

Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY), who is running for Senate in Wyoming, also received support from the super PAC. Sen. Eric Schmitt (R-MO), Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) and Rep. Barry Moore (R-AL), who is running for Senate in Alabama, each received between $45,731 and $45,945 in support.

The spending reflects the Senate Conservatives Fund's broader effort to support candidates it identifies with conservative positions, including limiting federal spending, enforcing immigration laws, opposing taxpayer funding for abortion, protecting gun rights, banning earmarks, and imposing congressional term limits.

Who Funds It

The committee reported $1,113,072 in total contributions through Aug. 31, including $1,063,072 classified by the FEC as individual contributions and $50,000 from other political committees. Lummis for Wyoming Inc., the campaign committee associated with Sen. Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), is listed in the committee's receipt records, including a $50,000 contribution. The committee's FEC summary reports no transfers from affiliated committees.

Notable Expenditures

A $28,588 payment to Allegiance Direct on Aug. 27 for direct mail production supported Paxton's Republican Senate campaign in Texas. Two Aug. 21 expenditures of $13,566.09 each went to Allegiance Direct for direct mail production supporting Moody in Florida and Hageman in Wyoming.

On April 2, 2025, Allegiance Direct received $14,459 each for direct mail supporting Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) and Schmitt. On Dec. 5, 2025, Allegiance Direct received $12,003 each for direct mail supporting Hagerty and Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-OH). Allegiance Direct handled direct mail production across multiple candidates and rounds of spending from April 2025 through August.
