With less than a month to go before the midterms, the SuperPAC spigots are flowing.

The top spot this week goes to SLF PAC, the Senate Leadership Fund, which says "it is the first line of defense to protect or Republican Senate majority." It spent $173,991,698.46. The PAC directed opposition spending across nine Senate races, with Ohio drawing the most at $41.98 million, followed by $30.23 million in North Carolina and $27.4 million in Michigan. On the support side, SLF PAC reported $747,656 in the Michigan Senate race and $657,773 in North Carolina.

The runner up: Texas PAC with a $133.56 million in cumulative outside spending, all concentrated in the Texas U.S. Senate contest. The PAC reported $68.82 million in support spending and $64.74 million in opposition spending in that race. Texas PAC's spending dropped to $2.06 million in the week of Sept. 28 through Oct. 4, down from $61.39 million the prior week, a decrease of $59,328,930, or 96.6 percent.

Dropping to third place from the top spot last week is the MAGA-aligned No Going Back PAC Inc. , with a reported total of $128,265,960.25. Its largest opposition outlays targeted Ohio at $17.58 million, Michigan at $16.56 million, and North Carolina at $8.73 million.
